KTE Round 2
Digitized Agriculture
DigiPlant

The goal of this project is to transfer the necessary knowledge from the GDi as a GIS tool developer to Timac Agro Balkans and Borislav Brunet as its chief engineer for IT solutions in digital agriculture in order to unlock the business potential for creating customised digitized plant nutrition services that will allow farmers in the SEE to save time, reduce costs and allow daily tasks to be performed faster. The company is already present at the market as the regional leader specialized in soil improvers and plant nutrition and wishes to extend its range of services conquering the digital market. Due to the strong geographical dependence of agricultural production there are no uniquely calibrated or standardized solutions that can work everywhere. So GDi wants to build local teams of business partners with deep knowledge and understanding of the sector. Both teams hope to create a long-term cooperation in the region and enable further advancements of their products and services.
